Because the book is delivered instantly as a download, we do not offer refunds once the file has been sent.
If your file doesn't arrive, won't open, or won't print properly, message us on WhatsApp at +91 83904 30964 or email us. We'll resend it or sort out the problem, usually within a few hours.
If money is deducted but no order is created, your bank or the payment gateway reverses it automatically, usually within 5 to 7 working days. Send us the payment reference and we'll follow it up with you.
If you were charged twice for the same book, tell us and we'll refund the extra payment in full.
